How does the 7-day trial work?

Your first 7 days cost a one-off £4.99 pass, which unlocks the full terminal immediately. When those 7 days end, your plan continues automatically at £20/week (Weekly Pass) or £60/month (Monthly Pass) — whichever you chose at checkout. You can switch or cancel any time before renewal from Manage Plan.

What is your refund policy?

An instant, full refund is available within 24 hours of any payment — request it yourself from Manage Plan and access is revoked immediately. After that 24-hour window, cancelling stops future billing but you keep full access until the end of the paid billing period you already covered.

Question 3

Do I need a paid TradingView account?

Accepted Answer

No. Every script we generate is standard Pine Script v6 and pastes straight into the TradingView Pine Editor on free accounts as well as paid ones. Paid TradingView tiers only add TradingView's own features (more indicators per chart, extra alerts) — nothing in ChartIndicatorLab requires them.

How do I cancel my subscription?

It is fully self-serve: open the profile avatar in the top-right, choose Account → Manage Plan, then Cancel Membership. You will be asked for a short reason and shown exactly what date your access runs until.

Question 5

Can I keep the scripts I generate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything you generate is saved in your Indicator Vault and can be downloaded as a .pine file. Long-standing members and Lifetime VIP holders keep permanently unlocked, unprotected source code.
