Policies

We collect only what is needed to run your account: your email address, authentication records, the scripts and prompts you create, and billing records held by our payment processor. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Your prompts and generated scripts are stored so you can return to them in your Indicator Vault, and are visible only to your account. Prompts are sent to our AI provider solely to produce your output.

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@chartindicatorlab.com. Deleting your account removes your stored scripts and profile; billing records are retained where required for accounting.

ChartIndicatorLab grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the terminal and the code it generates for your own trading and research. You may use generated scripts on your own TradingView charts, including in your own published work, but you may not resell access to ChartIndicatorLab itself or share your account credentials.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing every script before using it with real capital. AI output can contain mistakes; we make no warranty that generated code is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

Accounts used for abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent billing may be suspended without refund beyond the statutory window described below.

• 24-hour instant refund window. Within 24 hours of any charge — including the £4.99 7-day pass and every renewal — you can request a full refund yourself from Manage Plan. The refund is issued to your original payment method immediately, your subscription is cancelled at once, and access ends straight away.
• After 24 hours. The charge is non-refundable, but cancelling is always free and immediate: future billing stops and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Nothing is charged again after that date.
• Lifetime VIP. The one-off £500 purchase is covered by the same 24-hour instant refund window. After that period it is final.
• Refunds normally appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
